Changes

So Weigh in was today. I was very happy with the results. I lost almost 2 lbs and that with the disaster of consumption that was St. Patrick's day and the total lack of going to the gym last week. 


This makes me confident. If I can still lose when I have something like 10 beers (Molson 67) and some shots, then I'm good.
I also took my measurements again and in two weeks I've lost at lease an inch everywhere I measure and 1.5 inches off my waist. That would explain why I'm finding a lot of my PJ pants wayyyy to big. I always buy them baggy but now it's getting kinda ridiculous. I don't really want to buy anything though. It'll just not fit in a month. 


I'm due to get my monthly friend this week so I'll see if that makes any changes in how I do this week. 

My goals for this week are to go to the gym 5 days! I must do this. I went yesterday and it was so hard getting back into it. I need to keep it up.
Another goal is to eat more earlier in the day. I still find myself saving calories for later in the day and then not eating enough. I doubt I'm actually "starving" myself but it can't be good for my metabolism to basically eat and go to sleep.
