Update

So, I've been putting off writing anything for a while now. 3 weeks.

Not that much has really happened. My parents went and came back from Costa Rica and I had a party. Was good times. Didn't eat tooooo much. Discovered this drink called Alive www.lcbo.com/lcbo-ear/lcbo/pr...3026. It's a vodka drink and is only 60 calories per Red Bull/Average Energy Drink sized can AND it's fucking good. It comes in packs of 4 and in flavour like Grapefruit and Lemon Lime and neither flavour is crazy sweet. It's a new part of my arsenal of products that can keep me on track and still enjoy being social and get a decent buzz. 


Weight loss has kinda slowed. I don't know why really. One week I'll loss like 1.5 lbs and then the next week it'll be .5 lbs. I guess it's just part of the process. I definably feel myself getting stronger and endurance is getting better. I added running into my routine. I started slow; walking for 2 minutes and then running for 1 minute. Now I'm running more then I'm walking. On Monday I ran for 3 minutes 45 seconds, Today I ran for 4 and a half minutes! My new Goal is to run for 5 minutes straight. I think I should be at this point by Friday. I actually really enjoy running. It's a challenge and unlike the elliptical it's all me. Sure the machine is moving but I have to keep up with it, nothing is bringing my feet around for me. 


Finally, a trip has been booked! Punta cana from April 28th to May 6th. My Goal until then is to keep my Eating on point and go to the Gym 5 day/week. I probably won't track my food in Punta Cana but I will my conscious of what I consume. Lots of fruit and fish and water. Vodka and rum is non-obscene quantities. I may be on vacation but I plan to take lots of vacation in my life and need to learn how to vacation and not undo 2 weeks of work.
